Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — account details, conversation content, and documents you upload for processing — along with limited technical data such as device type and usage patterns needed to operate the service reliably.
How we use information
Information is used to provide and improve Houndtid's reasoning and retrieval capabilities, to maintain security across tenant boundaries, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data isolation
Institutional and personal data is scoped per-tenant at the database layer using row-level security policies, not merely at the application layer, limiting the blast radius of any single defect.
Incognito sessions
Sessions started in Incognito mode are not persisted to conversation history. This is an architectural choice, not a setting that can be silently reversed.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.
