Information We Collect
Google-only sign-in supplies the account identity needed to keep workspace history separate. Houndtid Bot also processes prompts, supported file excerpts, and technical diagnostics needed to run requested features.
How We Use Information
Information is used to authenticate your account, maintain conversation history, generate AI responses, process selected file context, create shares when requested, and diagnose reliability issues.
Storage & Sync
Houndtid stores uploaded files privately and synchronizes workspace history using account-scoped access controls. Selected file content is processed when you request analysis or attach it to a conversation.
Data Processing
Houndtid processes your requests using its hosted service and contracted infrastructure and processing services. Selected prompts and files may be transmitted to these services to fulfil your request. Do not submit data you are not permitted to process.
Your Choices
You can sign out, remove local workspace data from your device, delete conversations in Library, and avoid sharing a conversation. For account data requests, contact houndtidai@gmail.com.
